if it hasn’t changed much it should be fine.
check for these things
a- assymetry (is it an even shape or odd shaped)
b- border (is it bumpy or uneven)
c- change in color
d- diameter (does it size change)

Get it checked out–if it’s been there for about 6 years without any change, it could be nothing. . . but it’s better to get it checked out than find out that it’s too late. The fact that it always gets burned in the sun is not good.

Doesn’t sound like cancer. It could be what is known as a keratinous wart. They are easily removed with liquid nitrogen, but see a doctor anyway if you are concerned.

well i belive this one music teacher has it….he loooks like either he was burned alll around his face and neck…cuz he is tan and alll the others are pale pale white. i dont know but it looks like skin cancer. but for you i think you should get it check out by the doctor..
